An ode with a beat. A veritable ode to a city that deserves one, but coupled with a thick, driving beat that begs from its knees for a roomful of dancers. Turns out this is what happens when Vampire Weekend's Ezra Koenig—a visionary voice for today's Manhattan—teams up with the London-based project SBTRKT. I can tell you this much: results have been getting my Peloton rides really hot in the heels this past week. I seek out and create moments and practices that unite body, mind, and spirit at a brilliant pulse. Here are some stories from that rhythm.
