Let’s gather in the romantic vibrance of Spain

for regenerative movement, stillness, friendship, and vision.

This retreat will be a full body and spirit reset.

Easeful mornings for meditation or a walk through orchards, then we gather for long-form ALTER movement practices in a gorgeous, light-drenched yoga shala, integrating meditation and guided journaling sessions.

Afternoons are free for curated excursions and indulging in the villa's many wellness offerings: a plunge in the pool or hot tub, meditation in the sauna, session in the pilates studio, or a hike or personal mentorship session with Nicole.

We will gather again for an early evening ALTER restorative and meditation practice followed by a leisurely dinner with rich conversation. Woven with a few surprises...

Our Basecamp

Catalonia, Spain

We will revel in the beauty of La Cura, a dreamy centuries old Catalan farm beautifully restored as a wellness retreat just 20 minutes from Girona and 90 minutes from Barcelona, surrounded by 40 acres of walnut trees, with access to wonderful hiking and cycling trails, just 20 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Brava, the most glorious coast in Spain.

One of the highlights of our retreat will be wonderful meals prepared by Nuria, a local chef, whose farm-to-table dishes are made with love and a dash of Catalan flavors.

We will be venturing on two optional group excursions into the vibrant area with transportation provided: an afternoon exploring the cultural layers of the medieval city of Girona, and another at a stunning turquoise cove beach on the Costa Brava.

An optional retreat extension with Nicole welcomes you to Barcelona: over 3 nights and 4 days, we will explore the city's rich spiritual and artistic masterpieces, including the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell, mindfully encountering these sacred spaces as sparks for our own creativity.

Retreat programming begins at 3:00 May 1st and concludes with a celebratory brunch on May 5th.
